“Activate Event” button is unresponsive, landing page active.

Hi there,
I’m trying to activate an event , but the “Activate Event” button is unresponsive in both Safari and Chrome.

I’ve duplicated the event, double-checked all required fields (including a future date/time, registration form, and ticket), but the system still won’t let me activate it.

The landing page shows as live, but the event itself displays as “This event is unavailable.”

Sounds like a bug, but it is a Sunday of course. I can call/chat support tomorrow.  But if anyone has a solution earlier, I would appreciate it.

Hi @user996055. Your specific account is designated as a "Campaign Creator". Accounts in this status can create events but are not able to activate them. You will need to be logged in as the account owner or an account manager to activate the event.
