Adding contacts

I am not very computer literate. I have my contacts in a list on my computer. I use an apple pro Mac. My contacts are in "All Contacts". I don't know how to get them into Constant Contact.

For support on exporting your contacts from your Apple device into a file, I'd advise checking Apple's support resources. Once you've confirmed the file is formatted properly, you can import it into your Constant Contact account using the file import method.
