Is it possible to add more than three options to an RSVP block? If not, is there a workaround? I need four options.

At this time, it isn't possible to have more than 3 options in the RSVP block. As a workaround, I'd suggest using the poll block instead, and simply having the date, location, etc. in a text block above the options.
