I need to find out why some old blasts are staying active and occasionally Constant Contcat is sending them out to my clients.

I'd recommend checking your account's automations to see if you have an older welcome automation or list-join automation active, and get those disabled. I checked the account connected to this Trial, and I'm not finding anything in it - no campaigns or anything that would indicate something is sending from us.
If you're unable to locate the account or automations on your own, I'd advise calling general support directly to securely provide identifying info so we can track down the source of the issue for you.
