I created a Welcome Series and it was working good until I went in and edited a section of the body. I was just informed that it is not sending the emails now. I am not sure how to correct this.
Hello @TaraStachnik-CheeseHaus2024 ,
Are the contacts actually new contacts, explicitly signing up through a sign-up form, for the list specified for the older welcome automation series? If the contacts have already joined the list previously, are being added through a method other than a sign up form, or are joining a different list, then they won't be able to trigger it.
Yes, the contacts are new ones I added or the online sign-up form.
And they are brand new contacts that have never, ever sign up through that sign up form before, nor through other sign up forms, and they've never, ever been a contact for your account?
Correct
Then I'd advise calling in for live automation troubleshooting.
Otherwise, the only other advice I can really provide in this instance is to make the switch from having your main welcome automation be a legacy series with narrow criteria to a list-join automation path.
