I've been using Constant Contact for over 15 years off and on. I recently started using again for a few new campaign. I have a CC form embedded on my site and have received form sign-ups to receive newsletters. My bounce rate is 45%. How can that be?

You may find that some bounce categories, such as blocked and undeliverable, may be alleviated by adding email self-authentication for your account, especially if your from address is a private domain. If you'd like more info, or specialized guidance and insight on authentication, we'd recommend speaking directly with the Delivery team.
