CTCT Customer ID

Our website was migrated over to Web.com. It hasn't gone well. They need our CTCT Customer ID. I have looked high and low and cannot find it. Does anyone know where to find it?

Hi @TomGuy. If they need your username, this can be found under your Account Settings. We do not provide any other sorts of IDs for accounts.

Thanks, Caitlin. I had provided the agent with the username, but they insisted on needing a 13-digit code. The next agent was able to make the changes based on the username. Thank you!
