Campaign Report - Sort by lists

Hello, Community.

Is there a way to access a campaign report that includes the email, first name, last name, the date/ time the newsletter was opened, and (What I also need) which list(s) the contact belongs to?

No, you'd need to create your own custom version in a spreadsheet program by exporting the open report, and then either typing in or pasting the lists sent to for the particular campaign.
