I am a consultant and need to be a content creator on more than one Constant Contact account. Can I do this with the same email address?

You can be a user on multiple accounts, you'd just need to have a unique username for each. Once you're added to an account via your email address, you'll need to get logged in via the email you receive, and update your username so that email address is free to be setup as a new user in another account.
