Can a survey be put into an existing email going out or does it have to be a stand alone.

You can include survey pages you've created in emails as links. When a contact opens a survey page through an email sent to them through us, we are able to capture their contact info so you can match respondents with their responses.

Will CC consider bringing back the ability to add a Survey Monkey block so a survey question can be in the body of the email? Our contacts refuse to click on a link to go to a survey page, but they will respond to a survey question when it is IN THE EMAIL. People do not want to click to external links.

Re-integrating Survey Monkey is not currently on our roadmap. A lot of email programs are moving further and further from allowing embedded forms, unless they're made within their directly integrated systems (e.g. Gmail and Google Forms). The recommended methods of using icons, buttons, or text links to link to fuller, externally hosted surveys is considered the best practice to appease as many email programs and security programs as possible.
