Can anyone explain this? Resend to Non-Openers cannot be used on a campaign

"Resend to Non-Openers cannot be used on a campaign that has been resent to new contacts."

Does anyone know why this is necessary? It complicates life for users who have a standard welcome email that gets sent to everybody who joins our list.

It's a compliance and anti-spam measure. I'd advise utilizing either a Subscribes for email automation path - available on all plans, only targets new sign-up form contact adds to selected lists, or a Added to specific list automation path - Standard and Premium plans, targets all contact adds to the selected lists.
