I bought the standard plan but why can't I activate automation path?

I already bought the standard plan, why can't I activate the automation path (Abandoned cart: Basic)?

There are some unlisted restrictions on very new accounts, as an anti-spam measure. Based on the age of your account, you won't be able to activate any automations for the first month.
