Constant Contact's SMS permission policy

It appears that an MLM business can not use the SMS feature. Is it possible that there are some forms of communication that can be sent, just not used as a recruiting tool?

Hello @TheHappyCo ,

Since our SMS policies have to be stricter to adhere to corporate and federal regulations, MLM businesses will not be able to utilize our SMS tool in any capacity at this time.
