Contact Form with Drop Down menu of which List to put contact in?

I want to have a Contact Form that allows the User to Choose which List their information goes to. Is this possible? I am thinking this would be a drop down menu with a list of lists that I want the user to choose from.

Coded forms allow for you to have multiple lists displayed that you want sign-ups to select from. They can select one or several. 

For instructions on creating coded forms:

• editing an Inline form
• editing a Pop-up form
• editing a Flyout form
• editing a Banner form

Once you've created the form, you'd then plug the requisite codes into your website.
