I am unable to delete the field, it is greyed out.

Hello @KimberlyR501 ,

If you have your event set for Collect Info For > Each Attendee, then the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields cannot be deleted. They can be hidden, if you're not wanting to collect that additional info from your registrants.
