Delete user permanently

Hi. I'm signed in as the account owner and I've deactivated two previous users. I want to delete them permanently but the "three dots" mentioned in the help dialog don't seem to be there. It's not a huge problem but would be helpful to get them off our roles.

Hello @Joseland1427 ,

 

It looks like your account setup is still using an older setup that wasn't updated with our rollout (likely due to your Partner setup), so deleting users isn't available for you at this time. To get your account setup changed, please call our Billing team so they can make the requisite changes on the back end. Then you'll be able to follow the processes listed in the article.
