Hello,
How do I edit an existing email sign up form?
We have a form that lists most, but not all of our email newsletters. We need to add another newsletter to the sign up list.
Unfortunately, I only seem to be able to find tutorials on how to create a new sign up form, but nothing about editing a current form.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Eric

Hello @NicoleF320 ,
You can find an account's coded forms and legacy landing page forms on the Sign up forms tab of the navigation bar. Legacy landing pages can be found and edited via the Basic Landing Pages link on that tab.

In the new version of Constant Contact how do you update the legacy landing page for signing up for emails?
Hello @RebeccaS65 ,
I've updated the outdated visuals above. The comment you replied to provides visual instructions for locating and editing the account's legacy landing pages, including the ones that come with accounts by default.
Thank you!
Hello @William_A,
I am unable to edit any of the default legacy landing pages using the instructions above. I can preview them, but the "Edit" drop-down does nothing.
Thanks.
Hello @Devetzis ,
I just checked your account, and selecting Edit for both the default sign-up page and update profile page brings up the editing screen to select lists, add a title, and add a description.
If clicking Edit per the guidance provided in my highlighted response isn't doing anything, this would indicate a more localized connectivity issue you're encountering on the site.
