Email campaign send error - only shows suspended bounce

Hi there, we are trying to send an email campaign and the emails are only "sending" to less than 20 people, who all say suspended bounce. The email doesn't even send to anyone else. I've tried sending to just one list instead of multiple, and still nothing. I unsubscribed all the bounced emails and now it's sending to 0. We can't even send a test email to a work or personal address - not even to emails that are listed as "send" addresses in our Constant Contact account. The email campaign is then marked "Error" with a red background in our reporting, and asks us to contact customer service. Going into the reporting tab, the campaign doesn't even show up to review. The link to the html webpage of the email gives a 404 error. I double-checked our dmarc records and they still look good. What is causing this?

I figured this out after some troubleshooting. Our email was written in the WISYWIG editor but some times for a schedule in the email body were written as [@10:30] [@1:00] etc. which I think was triggering a security-related block on our email.
