All emails are in the correct format and it will not import. It will not allow for skip and I have spent an hour trying to do this. Extremely frustrating.

I'd advise calling our general support so they can securely collect your contact file, and go through it to see what the issue is. If you're unable to call, you can also reply directly to the @ mention email you receive from this reply, with the contact file attached.
