Hello @KellyD319 ,
I moved your comment to our Questions & Discussions board since it's more fitting there, than on the unrelated webinar Q&A summary you originally commented on.
For step-by-step and visual guidance on downloading your emails (draft, scheduled, or sent) as a PDF, see our main article on the topic.

Hello, May I clarify? I did read the response from CC, viewed the link and I see where the item can be printed to PDF. I did come accross this same information before posting my question.
The key words of my question is "page inserts". This is what I need an answer on. Why? Because if pages inserts aren't inserted properly, a printed version in PDF format is useless.
In order words, is there an instructional video that shows how to insert page inserts into a newsletter, so the newsletter can be also be printed in PDF format?
Thank you for your time to answer this.
Thank you for moving my question to the proper forum.

You can adjust the zoom / sizing of the email's content, and how it fits on each page. Otherwise, there isn't a function for specifying where page breaks happen in an email.
