Error adding singular contact

Hello,

I'm trying to add singular contacts as well as multiple contacts. I was able to do it earlier but now the contact pop-up looks different and doesn't supply me with the option to add a singular contact or multiple contacts. It only allows an import or just adding the email addresses. Is this user or system error?

You can either use the "Manually add contacts by email address" method immediately presented on the Contacts page, or you can follow the steps outlined in our main article on adding a singular new contact.
