Error message: Couldn't find SiteDetail

Inline forms and pop-up forms made directly in accounts won't work on Wordpress sites, because outside javascripting isn't allowed. Only forms explicitly made through the Wordpress integration will work on sites made in their builder.

If this error is showing for a form made in the Wordpress integration / plugin, then I'd advise calling our general support to request a transfer to the Tier 2 integrations team, or reaching out via the integration's support page on Wordpress

Hello @James-CUC ,

Which of your sign up forms is having the issue - the pop-up or the inline? If it's the inline, does activating it resolve the issue? Does removing and re-adding the universal code (and inline code if applicable) resolve the issue?

Hi William, thanks for the quick reply.

The error occurs with both. I have refreshed the code and turned everything off and back on again to no avail.

Does your site builder allow third party scripting? When we checked the coding on our side, we weren't having any issues with it displaying as intended. It may be worth reaching out to your webmaster / site builder's support to see if they'd be able to troubleshoot further from that end.

Hi William, the inline form has been working fine for a long time and we have the Constant Contact plugin installed for WordPress. This is a new issue to an old process.

Do you have information about the error code? I couldn't find anything in the forum or online about it to track back the issue.

I will also add that the inline form and popup display without issue, the error is generated when you input and email and attempt to submit it.
