- When I go into an event to look at registrants, I click on Reporting to see a list of Registrants.
- I select All Registration status on the Registration Status dropdown (says that it includes Registered, Abandoned, Cancelled) which makes one think they are selecting all those categories.
- I select All payment statuses which includes a large list of payment statuses as well.
HOWEVER, I just learned, because I happened to export a list, that Abandoned registrations aren't included in the list of ALL Registration Statuses.
So really, ALL registrations aren't included. Just Registered and Cancelled are included in the Reporting list.
I would like to see ALL registrations included and then in the status column it can say Abandoned like it says Registered and Cancelled. And in the payment status it can say 0 or whatever. This way EVERYTHING is in the ALL Registration status list.
This would help so that we know if someone thought they registered but didn't complete it, and we can contact them to confirm that they are attending the event.

Hi @SarahF131 When a full registrant report is created, "Abandoned" registrants show as "Expired" under the Registration Status column since they did not complete their registration. Are you missing abandoned registrants in your reporting? I checked a few of your events and abandoned registrants did show in the export, just under a different name.

Thank you for the reply. I understand that the information is in the full registrant report. I am talking about an abandoned registration not showing when you click on Reporting under the blue box in between Overview and Exports. When you click on the box that says Registration Status > All Registration Statuses, one thinks that this includes ALL registration statuses like it says. However, only the Registered and Cancelled registrations are listed in the list below. You have to click on Abandoned to see those that were Abandoned.

@SarahF131 Could you please email us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and an example of an event that doesn't show abandoned registrants on the Registration status page or a screenshot? I wasn't able to easily find one to see for myself.
