Sent email is confirmed however I'm not receiving the email for my test registration.

Delivery can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side. Here are some general best practices for delivery.

It's best to set up self-authentication since you have your own domain, and something I strongly advise all customers with their own domains do.

Thank you for this additional information. I find I cannot use this event feature because the report does not return the data collected by the forms. I need that data in spreadsheet form to create attendee assignments. Apparently this full report is a lost feature due to an upgrade.
