Hi. The CC account I use needs to be closed and the contacts, historic data, and templates transferred to a different, government-owned CC account. Is that possible?

Hello @LoisK90 ,
No, reporting data cannot be transferred from one account to another. If you built any templates using the custom code editor, you can copy that code over to the new account's custom code editor, but otherwise templates and emails built within one account can't really be transferred over in that manner.
As far was what can be exported from the account you intend to close:
- How to export contact lists and your overall contacts
- How to download the image and PDF versions of emails
- How to export individual and collective email reports
If you have other campaign types, they'll also have exporting options. Make sure to search in our Knowledge Base (also available via the Help tab of your account) for instructions on those processes, if you need them.
If you need 1:1 guidance on any of these processes, you're also welcome to call our general support so they can screenshare the Constant Contact pages during the guidance.
