Full Export isn't showing me information for each ticket, just each contact

With the new events set up, I'm trying to figure out how to pull a report. We often have one person who registers several guests on one registration ticket. They put their information in for the "Contact Information" and then fill in first name, last name, email, company, and dietary restrictions for each ticket. When I try to pull a "full report" it only shows me the folks who purchased the tickets, not who they registered. When I pull an export of just the tickets, it shows me the contact's first and last name but doesn't include their organization or their email in the export. I have to manually view each ticket and click "manage registration" for each one to get that info. Is there any way to pull a report for each ticket that includes everything on the ticket?

Hello @CPAM ,

 

If you click the Export button on just the event's Reporting tab, you're going to get the basic elements of the registrations. If you go to Exports tab, you can choose to either do a custom or full report. All registrants, including their guest and other custom field info, will be in those. I was able to successfully do this with your most recent event, and you can see the generated exports via the Exports tab for that event, so you can also download them.

 

Guest info will be included as individual lines for each main registrant. This means on the full exports, you may have multiple lines for Registrant First / Last Name "Jane Doe," as each guest will have their own line in accordance with the full report.
