Graphics are not displaying for some recipients using Outlook. How can this be resolved?

When I send emails to recipients with an Outlook account, the graphics don’t display. Can this issue be fixed?

Hello @ChristnaS ,

Are they receiving prompts to display / download images when viewing the email? Are the affected Outlook programs setup to allow images to display without needing to be prompted? Does this occur in the mobile app as well, or just desktop clients? Does Outlook's support provide any insight on why the images wouldn't be displayed?
