HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request


Type Exception Report

Message Request header is too large

Description The server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error (e.g., malformed request syntax, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing).

Hello @elizabethg23 ,

 

The error is related to a problematic cookie that was fixed back on July 14, 2024. If you're still receiving it, I'd advise clearing your browser's cache and all cookies related to Constant Contact, then fully exit /  task manager close your browser after those have been cleared. Then you should be able to login and schedule your email without the issue. 

 

If the issue persists, or showed while performing a different task than when you were trying to schedule an email, I'd advise calling our general support for live troubleshooting and further assistance.

Then you should be able to login and schedule your email without the issue.
