How can i make the email sent by CC appear on primary tab of gmail

Hello, many our recipients complain that the email notification we sent via constant contact does not show up in their primary tab of gmail. It almost always goes into promotions tab. They like see our email in their primary tab. 

Is there something they could do as receiver, to direct these emails show up under primary tab ?

Has anyone faced this issue and solved this issue ?

I'd recommend checking this support article on the topic. If a contact of yours has a "Promotions" tab or other inbox tabs, then their email program will sort the emails based on their standard algorithmic logic, and incorporate the contact's preferences. So the only way to resolve this is for the contact to either get rid of the "Promotions" tab, or to manually move your emails into their normal inbox to teach their email program to do so going forward.
