I send an email of an event but I want people to respond to another email. How do I do that?

You can setup your event email's header settings like a normal email, including setting different from and reply-to addresses. You can also include mailto: links if you'd like to explicitly request that your contacts reply to the event invite with an email, or include a pre-built email.
