Import tools and methods for adding contacts to an account

Is there a way I can upload all my google contacts only from the past year? That way I can always update my constantcontact database. Thank you.

If you're wanting something more specific like that time frame, I'd advise either:

• creating that list within Google so you can prompt us to import it via the integration,
• or exporting those specific contacts from Google to import via file into your Constant Contact account.

Is there an app that would enable me to create list from my gmails:

-- of contacts with emails ?

That way I could upload those contacts

You can try searching on the internet, or reaching out to Google's support/forums for any further insight on organizing contacts based on that info within their native program.
