Does anyone know how to integrate client and agent contact info from "Inspection Support Network" o constant contact?

Good question. I can't say I'm familiar with that system. It doesn't look like there is a proper integration for it, so you will most likely need to export your contacts from that system and then import them from a file into Constant Contact. Are you able to find an option to export client and agent data from Inspection Support Network?
