Importing Contacts

We would like to do a major overhaul of our contacts.  Is are billing setup past on how many contact are in the system? We use ACT software and we would like to download and then import that list into CC without affecting other contact lists.  There may be duplicates, when you import does it cross reference other contacts already in the system?

Hello @MarkP9 ,

Contacts are based on unique email addresses, so when you're re-importing "dupes" of contacts already in the system, it'll just check those for any new contact details (like a different last name, physical address, tags, etc.) After that it'll just add them to the list of your choosing along with the rest of the contact upload.
