Inline signup form with checkbox questionnaire

Hi there.  

I'd like to build an inline signup form that incorporates a checkbox questionnaire.  Can this be possible without using the Wordpress plugin?

Hello @ReginaCRC ,

At this time we don't have checkbox options for sign up forms. You'd either need to use a third party-developed integration with such options, or you'd need to create your own sign up form and connect to our API.
