Hi. I send out a weekly newsletter to our High School Athletic Booster Club. Every week, 10+ parents eMail me a write up for their team's activities and include multiple photos (often with captions). I cut and paste the content and upload the pictures. It has become very time consuming. Standaridizing fonts, flipping pics, etc is not hard - buttakes time. Is there a tool that I could give the parents that they could enter all of their information and I simply upload their file to CC. I would need to upload 10 separate files to a single newsletter. I am hoping the tool/template would remove the need for me to re-format content and upload single pictures. Thanks!

Hello @hhsboosters ,

There's nothing in our system for this degree of functionality. To be honest, I wouldn't really recommend having all of this content in a standalone email, the sheer amount of imagery and text should be either:

• in a PDF file that's linked to in the email, or
• hosted on your main website or a social page, which can be linked to in the email
