Hi Fellow CC Users,

The lastest iPhone update has the inbox split into folders. Our announcements now go straight to the promotions folder. Are you experiencing the same thing? Is there a way to ensure your emails go into primary inbox on an iPhone? I promise, we don't spam our users 😃 We are a school and need our announcements read by our parents. Thank you in advance for your help and time!

Hello @AustinM49 ,

Much like with Gmail and other email programs that have such functions, this will vary based on the setup of the receiving user. At this time, I'd recommend referring to our article regarding Gmail's promotions tab for more insight.
