I'm trying to create an email with a photo then a number of list items, another photo and the next sequence of list items. When I try to type the numbers in manually, it immediately defaults to a 1,2,3 format even if I want it to start with 4 or another number.
Is there a workaround? This is a pretty big glitch.
Hi @MaryF223 ,
I do apologize that you are running into that. I would be happy to pass that feedback along to our engineering team, and have them reach back out to you if we have any updates or changes on this. The numbered list will restart if you are adding the list into a new text block. If you wanted it to start at the number it left off at, you would need to have all the lists in the same text block.
A workaround that I sometimes see people doing is to create the list inside of a word document, and then take a screenshot of the word document in the correct format, and insert that screenshot as an image into the email campaign.
