If I add emails to two separate lists and they opt-out, are they unsubscribed from both lists or just the one list that the emailed derived from?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question! If you add multiple list options on your Update Profile Form your contacts will have the option to unsubscribe from all lists, or stay subscribed to any of the lists displayed.
I recommend making these list names customer facing to avoid confusion for the person unsubscribing. Example: General Interest as opposed to Contact Import 3/2.
