can you exclude a teg from the selected list?

Hello @Jwhit590 ,

 

At this time it isn't possible to narrow automation series sendouts for selected lists by tag. You'd likely want to set up a separate list entirely made of those without the tag, and set the automation to that:

  1. Make a new list for the automation series.
  2. Set the automation to that new list, and activate it.
  3. Use segmentation to find the contacts in the list(s) you want to draw from, add the stipulation for not having the tag you wish to avoid.
  4. Add the segmented contacts to your automation list.
