Can I add contacts to a list of contacts for an automated email?

For example, let's say I want to send out an email to 100 people that registered in January. Then, I have 100 people who register in February and need the same information. Can I add them to the existing automation list and it will begin from the first email or do I need to copy a campaign every time I add new people to it? Thanks!

If your automation is set for new list join, then yes adding those contacts to the list would still trigger the automation.
