Personalized Newsletter issue

I'm working on a newsletter. I'm trying to add the greeting tag so that it would feel more personal. However, when I do the test it shows the name of the person sending out the newsletter. I've tried with 2 separate email contacts. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @AbigailCACL ,

No, that's the greeting tag functioning as designed. For tests it will be pulling the owner's info to fill in the details, which also pertains to most Insert > Contact Details functionality as well. The live sendout will pull the contact's name info, or default to the backup if that field is blank.
