Hello - I copied a previous campaign for a client's monthly newsletter. One of the sections is a poll. We changed the options and question. The heat map shows ~20 votes or clicks on the poll options (5 choices). When I go to reports, it shows results of the previous month's poll which only had two choices.
Any tips on resetting this? I cannot trust the reporting for this campaign at all, can I?

Hello @Kapeesh.Marketing ,
I'd advise deleting a replacing a poll from a copied email template, rather than maintaining and editing the original poll to ensure no background coding is carried over. It's unlikely the results from the copied poll in the email will be viable for your needs.
Ypu may still be able to pull the correct reporting via the email's Heat Map reporting. We've also seen this issue resolved when removing the older-coded poll block entirely from emails, and instead using the modern feedback block.

Got through to Partner Support via phone super quick! Turns out I started using that poll block the final month it was even available, and it's now discontinued but still able to be copied. There's a known (intermittent) glitch just as I described. I can use the heat map reliably to keep track of poll results, and in the future I will remove that old poll block and use the new feedback block instead. I should be able to edit the feedback block from month to month after copying without issue!
Thanks for chiming in, @William_A - much appreciated!
