Hello All, My non-profit has the "lite" plan right now. Is it possible to have 2 administrators, or only 1 person can access at a time? Anyone know? Thx in advance, Laura

Hi @LindaMc. The lite plan does allow for one user. Technically the login can be shared. However, all accounts include MFA. If we see logins occurring on different networks, the user logging in will be prompted to go through the MFA process. If the user does not have access to the phone number or authentication method, they will need to contact the person who set up their secondary factor.
