I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out for assistance regarding email domain authentication.
Currently, we have configured an incorrect domain for authentication, and we need to switch it with another domain that is correctly set up. We would greatly appreciate it if you could remove the incorrect domain so that we can authenticate the correct one.

Hi @SheilaR315,
For account security purposes, I've removed the "necessary information" you provided. I spoke with someone in our Compliance department and they directed me to the steps outlined here on "updating your authentication." Basically, from within your own account you can remove the existing authentication and then go through the same steps you did originally (also provided in the linked article) to add the new authentication. I hope this helps!
