SMS Only Sign-up Page Possibe?

Is it possible to make a sign-up page that's only asking for users' phone numbers? The email is locked on required and I'd like to make only SMS required.

No, this isn't possible at this time. Unique email addresses are what determine unique contacts, therefore email addresses are a requirement at this time.
