Our higher level technical team will be investigating your SMS registration issue further. You should be receiving an update via email to your account's main email address within 1 business day..

 

If you need their updates or troubleshooting communications to go to a different email address / phone number, please reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this reply with the name, email address and phone number of who you'd prefer the Tier 2 team reach out to.
