Our non-profit has recently established an account with Constant Contact and we're interested in migrating our contacts and fairly sophisticated campaigns from . Apparently, since we established our Constant Contact account through , we cannot utilize Constant Contact tech support to help with this so we're seeking an outside consultant. Can anyone point us in the direction of some qualified organizations/consultants who can help us, please?

Hello @PamR759 ,

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to utilize our support. We wouldn't really be able to offer insight on your previous system, but we can at least offer support for ours. For our available support channels, please see our Contact Support page here or via the Help tab in your account.

Importing all campaign types won't really be possible. If you have access to the coding for the email types, you could utilize our custom code editor to build your emails with that code. I'd advise only using the custom code editor if you're comfortable coding emails completely from scratch, and want particularly advanced and custom functionalities.

As far as contacts go, you can ask the previous system's support or check online resources for the process on exporting CSV files of that data. Once you have the contact files, and confirmed they're properly formatted to import through our system, then you'll be able to import them into your Constant Contact account
