We are an established Constant Contact account, but I am new to it! We have last year's sign-up form, which I went in and updated list names and added one new e-mail list. How do I create a URL / website address that will access this sign-up form? I understand it is created for website coding, but we had one in the past for newsletter sign-ups. When I use the old one, it is not including the newest lists, but using the updated names of my lists. Thanks in advance!

Hi @NettinghamMiddlePTA,
The in-line form is specifically for, as you mentioned, embedding on a website. It is not associated with a permanent URL. It sounds like you would also want a Sign-Up Landing Page. It would have to be created separately, though. The previous form sounds like it is one of the legacy landing pages. It is separate from the in-line code. When you're on the Sign-Up Forms page, there are three dots next to the blue "Create a sign-up form." There will be an option for legacy landing pages. The old sign-up form is here and can still be edited to add the new lists to it (I double checked and can see they aren't checked yet), though we encourage you to give the new landing pages a try! I hope this helps.
