Splitting an account & transferring email campaigns

I have an account that has been used for several clients but want to split it so that each client has a separate account. How can I transfer each client's email history to their new account? Thanks!

Hello @5280ACC ,

 

If you used the custom code editor, you can copy the HTML from that and use it in the other accounts. Otherwise, if your main account is becoming a partner parent account, you can use the in-account functionalities to transfer campaigns to child accounts.

 

If your account isn't a partner parents account, and you didn't originally create the emails in the custom code editor, then the only other option would be to purchase a campaign copy service to get the campaigns into the new accounts. Please call our general support for further insight on this service, and to provide the campaign names that need to be shifted over.
