I own 2 The UPS Stores.

My newest store is extending their weekday hours and I don't see a template for sending out an email letting my customers know.

Hello @PhillipG226 ,

 

If you're not finding a pre-built template that suits your needs, I'd recommend just using one of your standard ones you already have, and update the messaging accordingly.
